Just to clue you in...
If you go to NTC or NTT and your uniform is not *exactly* right, the staff
will make you remove the patch and sew it on correctly. Yes, they will
have rulers. Hot glue could make your life a lot more difficult in that
situation.
If you can't do it freehand for some reason find a nice older lady in your
congregation to do it. Local tailors would also probably help out.
