I did this last October. I was severely dissappointed with the result.
The item you get is a 5 x 7 embossed card that states the President is
happy for you in somewhat flowery language. It was VERY unimpressive.
I had to mount the card and the envelope on some patriotic paper that
I got at Kinkos Copy Center to make it presentable. The letter from
the NH Governor was, by far, the best. The address is on my other
computer. I'll try to find it and send it out.
