Makes me sick > John *I've read several E-mail posts about the words that one "brother" wrote makeing another "sick"... Just to be clear- "Being "sick" means to hurl- puke-*Blow Chips and throw-up. "Brother" means co-worker enguaged in simular effort and "cause" Some Rangerneter's post that enough is enough and if I hear more more word about- (name the topic)---------* I am going to be "sick.." ... often we quickly make *snap decisions.. by-passing the old BRAIN<G> We fall to our "de-based nature" the flesh... to reel in anger! *How can we "Increase Honor- and decrease Anger?" A brother- and BTW many have said the same before *claims the "only" mission of Royal Rangers is salvation. Any talk to the contrary makes him *sick... *Sick means- a loss of cognitive reasoning, a loss of control to the functions of the body, and the mind... and a yeilding to the *flesh... *I've been sick- and thought that it was caused by the insensitive motions of a rolling and pitching ship, the un-careing nature of by fellow sailors, the greasy food and lack of rest... Later I found I was "sick" because I hadn't found a way to "deal with it"... So- how then did I expalin that "not everyone felt *sick"??? I began to think them different- than me. "things" hadn't effected them, so they didn't know "spit.." I discounted them and fell into a pit of self-pity... *I wasted time! As one by one the sailors went to the rail to "chum" the sea.. and the stench was raised by their sour bellies... *I was caught up in the event of the moment and began to wrench and vomit....*puke-belch-hurl-throw-up! *In a moment.. it was over- A fresh breeze cleared the air... the mess made was swept behind the wake of the ship and the comradeship of our mutual service and enlistment in the "cause"... made for us to overlook the pain and return to work. *When you tell someone that they make you *sick... It's an insult. *When you tell someone that their words make you sick... you insult their thinking.. When we are enguaged in a great "cause".. We rise to the moment. *I think the cause is reflected in makeing a difference in young men's character.. it is true that the road will be bumpy, and stomachs will become un-settled.. *Keep your eyes on the horizion, and make the main thing the main thing! You have the floor, sir- I retire up-wind<G> . -=A=- _______ To unsubscribe, send "unsubscribe rangernet" to [EMAIL PROTECTED] "Eat the hay & spit out the sticks! - A#1's mule" RTKB&G4JC! http://rangernet.org Autoresponder: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
