To become a LFTL Junior Councilman you follow four steps:
Step One: Earn the LFTL Merit - see your Pioneer or Trailblazer handbook
Step Two: Complete the Junior Councilman Application which comes with the
Merit
Step Three: Mail the application to the national LFTL Office with $15
annual dues.
Step Four: Proudly wear the LFTL Junior Councilman patch received by mail.
LFTL Councilmen wear lapel pins; is that the medal you were thinking of? Junior
Councilmen wear the patch.
