[RR] LFTL Medal

[Edward Christiansen]

There is a relatively new Award: the LFTL Junior Councilman
Award.  The requirements are:

1.  Earn LFTL Merit
2.  Become an LFTL Councilman
3.  Participate as a worker in at least 1 LFTL banquet or rally
4.  Enroll at least 2 Royal Ranger boys as LFTL Junior Councilmen.
