All,
Towards the first of the year, I'm plaing on
mailing home a letter to the moms and dads.
In this Letter, I will make out a schedual of
events I would like to do with the Pioneers
over the course of the year. I will be
requesting that each parnet mark where they can
help during the year such as driving the
bus, fund raisers, ect.
By doing this at the first of the year, I
will know who I can call on later.
This will be best on both parties. For me I don't
have to go around asking
and the parnets will be able to schedual for it.
I really don't think it's right asking the boys
dads to build props two weeks before pow wow.
(HINT: could be a reason why dads don't want to be
in Rangers)
Wouldn't it be better for them to mark down they
will help and build them during the Winter?
I am also thinking about haveing a meeting
with the parnets one night after rangers and
forming a PCA.
I'm also plaing on attending FCF winter outting
next year with the hopes of getting the whole
Royal Ranger program in our church. The
chapter winter outting is an opened event, and
I'm plaing on inviting both the pastor
and youth pastor. I'm hopeing it will get them on
fire for Rangers and give them a fresh
vision for it.
