Today in everyone's mailbox on campus we received a smartly designed pamphlet entitled:

ETHICS IS FOR EVERYONE!
An introduction to the ethics laws

Apparently the demise of ethics is such that the State of Washington deems it necessary to remind older workers and inform new and younger employees what ethics are in the first place.

Page one of the pamphlet asks the burning question, Why do we need an ethics law? The answer of course is that "the state has to establish a minimum standard of conduct for employees while they are performing public duties and the state seeks to remove doubts concerning violations of public trust and confidence." hmmm

Section A provides a glossary for the following terms for employees: "what is" : SELFLESSNESS, INTEGRITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, and HONESTY?
The state asks us to contemplate this thought: The reputation  of a 1000 years is determined by the conduct of one hour.
.......................................................................
When you have a generation who has never read God's laws, you have a generation that is so lost they have to make man-made ones to keep it's society in check. Keep preaching the WORD brothers and sisters!
