"Harder" sounds good to a Commander..

But I like the slide show when it says "age appropriate"..

*And.. the GMA is to be a part of Adventure Rangers and the "Middle School/
Jr.High" boy... 12-13-14 target age... with the circular program. That means to me
changes in the redundency and writeing/reading requirements will be needed.

Let me run you through a few *vision statements....

If I earned the GMA I would want to earn it and wear it for more than one Powwow
or Ranger camp in the Summer.. *If my church was to choose the path that has
no Explorer program, I would have earned the GMA but not had time to 'strut..

The Older boy has a more mature reason for earning the award.. *The Honor Factor-

It's this that get's lost in the translation of the New slide show... and some *SOME
may feel that with a "bronze medal-silver medal then GOLD MEDAL" the high
call to the "highest achievement" is reduced a knotch.

I LOVE the men working this problem out...

Thanks<G>
