I have added a ROY sectional Commanders Part to the Database with
Automatic filled out Certificate, Area Sectional Winners, Points for each
catagory and a ROY Form that you fill in and it updates the rest of the
stuff even the certificates and Financial Report for Pinewood Derbies and
ROY Competitions and Events. District Staff Form 1095, Financial
Statement and Sectional/Div ROY Report, District Staff Guidelines.
If anyone has a good form they use I would be happy to make it a live
form and add it to the Database.
I also added Mileage reports to the database, Money counter and a new
Outing balance report that adds it up for you.
I haven't compiled it yet for download but will in a week or so. I am
trying to get ready for ROY next year and Sectional Events for future
record keeping.
