Subject: Re: [RR] ID Staff
Here's where you can express yourself in a unique way..
-------------------------------------------------------*Somewhere is a staff for you<G>
You need to go on a Hike in the woods and just walk and be aware
of what you see.. Some of the "coolest" are just branches off a special
tree, and allways just "appear" rather than being "hunted"...I tried this just now.. at Noon west coast time and noted the Trillums
are fadeing and the Dogwoods are in bloom. A red headed wood pecker
flew by and I stoped to watch where he landed. and saw him make his "call"Up the trail a squirrel sounded a warning and became upset at my passing..
For me, a staff is a winfall, or a treasure to "find" and as much as were it
comes
from, it's future is *where you take it.. *You can own several.. I do<G>Some practical tips might be that it can be used as a walking staff or as
a Tipi totem to hold yur smoke flap ropes... *It can mark your camp,
hold your place in line and prop up the tarp or back of your truck canopy
door<G>"How" you decorate it is up to you...
Camps-Powwow's
achievements...
Special events... (wood burned)
Time in RRangers- or FCF (Ring per year)
Love gifts recieved or to "give" hang from it..
Use it as a Flag pole/Patrol standard..*Twisted or *Straight it sometimes tells a boy your own story..
You can do it!
