( Off topic ) Eurocamp 99 was a busy affair for me. I was in charge of the outdoor showers. Showers for both types of people. How did we keep them kind of seperate ? Just ask me. So my chances to meet any of the multitude of 8 or so American Rangers were sort of slim. Talked to some of them, one younger guy maybe 25-30 wore all the medals you can earn in the US and I was impressed. His left chest was hanging down a tad lower then the other side. But I forgot his name. He worked in the registration tent. I sent my twin brother Mike "SingingBuffelo" Johnson of Marcus Whitman Chapter of FCF over to Euro-camp and he was wear'n a Cowboy hat..<G> Big Guy.. Did yah meet him?<G> There was Cowboy George and Paul Stanek wearing CB-hats walking up and down mainstreet Eurocamp and smiling profusely at all the sweet Royal Ranger-Girls. Missed you though. My eyes where bulging out from looking all over the place for some creature wearing a coon hat. Well, next time. Fer me- I'd like to see the euro-camp and meet all the "stammfurers" and smileing faces.. Sure, next time you are more then welcome to come, only in 2003 it will be in Finland. Start buying bug spray and get used to staying up 24 hrs. There will be daylight night and day. Our Alaska RR-friends know what I mean. If they would not have mixed the babies up at the hospital right when I was born at the end of WWII I could just get on a plane and fly over to Oregon. I think my real name is actually Rockefeller if it would not have been for that incident at the hospital. It's past midnight now and I should make shut eye.
