Fish out of Water

Isn't strange how the Lord can use different items to paint
a picture? This happened to me the other day.
I was watching TV and at a break started into the kitchen
for a snack. Before I reached the kitchen, I jumped about
five feet in the air. I was about to step on a GOLDFISH. Some how, one of my fish jumped out of the tank and landed on the living room rug. A good three feet or more! I put him in a net and back in the tank. After a few minutes he was as happy as could be.
Have you ever been between a rock and hard place?
For example did you ever have to pick between two friends?
If so, you were in hard place just like that fish.
But sometimes we get out of the water by ourselfs.
We don't turst the Lord, we sin or just do our own thing.
The Bible tells us that Jesus will leave the 99 to look after
the one. That one could be you, me or your best friend.
When the one is found, Jesus will place it around his neck.
In time that sheep will want to be near him.
The Bible goes on to say the keeper of the flock enters by
the gate. The theif does not. The theif comes to kill, steal and destroy. In closeing I want to ask: "are you a fish out
of water"?
Prayer:
Father,
Thank for dieing on the cross for me.
Father, I give everthing over to you and ask that you
help me out of this hard place.
In your name
amen
