Here's some "cryptic" advice... "Use your resources"

...and I compliment you on posting a question like this to Rangernet!<G>

Could it be that... asking your Sr.Commander to give you access to
your district and sectional staff is part of the learning process to build you
into a real leader?  Do you think this is sort of like a hunt to have you
find where such information is kept?

People who are leaders attend functions and have lists of names and
positions, and I'm sure would gladly share that same information with you<G>
