The general consensus of the last Cyber Pow-Wow staff was that we would try
to do this again in 2001. I suppose there is nothing to stop us from
suddenly switching from every other year to every year, though, if enough
people want to put in enough work to actually make it happen. We are behind
schedule if we want to do it right now, but it might be feasible for late
September. What do you all say? Who would volunteer for staff work (key
word: "work")? Who would step up for district or higher level (in any
country with Royal Rangers) official sponsorship?
