Hi Jeff and all you others, in Europe we have boys and girls in every nation. I am from Germany. Normally a woman has a girl team and a man has a boys team, but there are exceptions. Sometimes we have a woman leading a boys team - even with path rangers - and vice versa. And imagine, we never had a girl who got pregnant by a leader or other flaws like this.
