*All* things belong to God including drug money. I think that, as 
has been mentioned, the purpose of the gift is the deciding factor. If 
the giver thinks that the gift somehow "redeems" him/her then it 
should not be accepted. If it is a case of simply wanting to redress 
some wrongs then what's the alternative - burning the cash? 
Zaccheus was prepared to give away the money that he earned 
from tax collecting (though I am prepared to concede that this is 
not exactly the same thing).
