God's Frontiersman is part of a copyrighted work. Further, even tho it does
not have the word 'copyright' or the copyright symbol, because it is a
published work it carries an implied copyright. Strictly speaking, you may
need to contact GPH for permission. Will you get in trouble for putting it
on your site w/o permission? Maybe not. After all how many of us have RR/FCF
emblems on our sites w/o having contacted GPH? It's in their interest to
have us putting out the word. Then too, if your district is in good standing
w/ Spfd., it has permission to use RR/FCF copyrighted materials for
promotion of RR/FCF.
Your call.
