For some crazy reason I stopped getting rangernet.
Rescribed and wanted to check this out.

If that power outage caused your mail to bounce, yes.
That is annoying, but at least it is easy to recover from. If you ever suspect that this may have happened again, just resubscribe yourself (it doesn't hurt anything to try if you are already subscribed), and check the archives to see if you missed anything important to you.
Likewise, if posts don't go through, you may not be subscribed at the email address you are using. Sometimes more than one email address goes to the same mail box, so this can get confusing, especially if you have multiple aliases and don't remember which one you subscribed at. Always keep the welcome message from RangerNet, as it will tell you.
