This arrangement right here was the one that I had when I turned 18. I was a little upset at the time. A) I could no longer work on my GMA which I was short 5 merits, B) I was no longer a boy. My Jr. Commander bars went and the blue bars came on for now I was the leader and still in High School with another 3 months to go. Though my LTC courses where already completed. Back then it was every Monday night for 5 months. Tough on the Senior. It was still the blast and I did have other friends that I attended JLTC with at Pow-Wow to hang around with and do things.
Thing are so different now 16 years later

Give him a tent of his own or with another 18 year old. That would give him
the best of both and still give him the privacy he needs and the privacy the
older adult commanders need.
