I don't think it really matters if the story is true or not all that matters is that
every day children in our country are being taken and hurt. We live in a fallen world
ladies and gentlemen and we need to be mindful of that when it comes to our own
children and those placed in our care ie Rangers and Missionettes. Many stores have
placed programs or alarm systems such as code Adams in order to help avert such
tragedies. I also think it was for this reason that those little leash like things
were made. I caught some flack for using them when my kids were young but hey I knew
were they were and I had one or two that were known to take off in an instance. It is
also becuase of things like this that most hospitals have in place baby and child
abduction plans. It is one of those things that everyone trains for but never hopes
to have to use. In addition, we should train our children and those we work with on
what to do etc..... Most importantly we need to pray for all of !
our kids (those we have and those we work with) for their safety and most importantly
for those that are missing and their families rather we know them or not and rather or
not they are Christians or not.
Yours truly,
Ruth (a Ranger commanders wife and a missionette leader)

HA!
Also, ADAM was killed by his abductor after being taken from a Walmart.
"CODE ADAM" is named in memory of him.
