Everthing sounds great.  Let me know if you need anything.  How about 
"Bridging the Great Divide"  for a theme.  Not only would we be traing for 
the new concepts of the ministry  but we would learn how to bridge the gaps 
between the 2 programs.  ALso on a spiritual note:  Jesus is the bridge.
