*I'll be brief..

Teamwork and the Patrol is my "thing"...

But "Teaching it" from a Man's perspective is not my "thing"..
The reason is that, I've seen it work and work well when the boys act
as a democrocy and implement Team spirit.

Without instruction from "Commander" the boys formed a revolveing
duty roster and relieved each other evey 20 min's while acting as "crowd
control" at the University graduation..

The secret is that the "project" and the "Leadership" must be real..

*Hikeing uphill is also very good<G> The Adult allways in the the back and
stays quiet!<G> I suspect, the boys have a natural ability to form teams when
challenged
by a real circumstance.. This last weekend my son went on a 15 backpack trip
in
the Oregon rain.. He said it was muddy and cold.. and as everyone got tired the
boys
quit talking.. they came to a stream to cross.. and droped packs and rigged a
line.. they made a chain to haul gear and the big boys helped the small ones
then
the Adults<G> *He called it teamwork! ..and they did it not- the "Adult
leader"

Is that what you want to hear?
