All, Here's what I've came up with in terms of subject matter. This is just a start. If you want to work on one or more of these, let me know.   Subject Matter:   1.Activies for Buckaroos/Staight Arrows 2.Activies for Pioneers and up. 3.How to prevent burn out. 4.What's the big deal about training? 5.Devotions 6 I'm a Commander now What? 7.How to do a outpost newsletter.   If there is a subject matter you would like to see, let me know. While I am Conference Coordinator. I don't to be "Boss Man". Therefor, I want to be looked upon as a worker. Each and everone that's on staff is as important as the next guy. I want us to work as a team and not everone for themself. If we work as a team we will get stuff done. If we don't it will go down the drain. This is the frist cyber training conference and I want everone to put there heart into. I want people to remember this event 10 - 20 years down the road.
