I am here to give my 5 cent's worth on the subject. I was raised to believe
the Holy Spirit was a gentleman and would not cause us to do anything we did
not want to do. Two things, I have experienced this kind of revival and this
ex Baptist conservative was slain in the Spirit and drunk in the Spirit
nightly for NINE weeks!! I found I WANTED to. It happened to family and
friends, people I knew intimately. Number two, Mario Murillo was preaching
about this last year and said the same thing about the Holy Spirit, and then
refuted it by saying, "The Holy Spirit did NOT ask Paul sweetly to get off
that horse, HE KNOCKED HIM OFF AND CAUSED HIM TO GO BLIND!! " I believe God
gives us what we need when we need it like a loving Father Who knows His
children.
Kelly and eagle are right, it is a new era, time is getting short, we need
miracles to see what God has in store so we won't be left behind. He loves
us enough to fight for us and give us what we need in this evil day. That's
all I have to say, and it is said in love, no flames. Janet the peacemaker
