I think you did right. I never had stuff like this.
But 1) I would recommend mother not to make big deal out of this
2) I would recommend mother to look little more careful on his behaviour,
habbits, you know. Friends. The way how he talks. What movies he watches.
BUT CAREFUL. Don't make him feel she's watching. He can close because of
that.
Never give up or discourage. And pray. Always :-)))

Subject: [RR] Boy with skirt
>Question? A single mother of one of my 12 year old
>Trailblazers asked me what to do about her son. Evidently she
>caught him with one of her skirts in a paper bag and when
>confronted, he told her he was going to put it on. (It sounds
>like he was not real excited about talking about the situation)
>I told her that I wouldn't worry about it, that since he was
>honest to her and since he is a very normal kid that he was
>just being curious and it is not a big deal. I told her that
>there was no need for me to talk to the boy because making a
>big deal out of it wouldn't help anybody. Now I'm wondering if
>I did the right thing. She was a little embarrassed by the
>whole thing and she didn't want the incident to affect my view
>of her son. Has anyone ever had this sort of thing come up?
