This is a very incourageing word<G>

If you begin to format a leadership structure useing the boys...
make sure it's real, and *expect it allways to work in front of the boys<G>

As soon as you install the first "generation" work on the replacement team,
and soon the boys will begin to train them selves for the roles you shape..

It allmost as if you know what to expect of behavior by the title "Sr.Guide"
or "Patrol Guide" and just reinforce that *No more-No-less<G>

Show them what you do to plan a meeting.. and have them plan the next
one and file it in a folder that YOU will bring<G> along with makeing them
a part of the leadership, talk to them about about being members of a
"Team" and a church with many jobs for people to work, for no pay<G>

Tell them, their achievements are the "pay" they "earn" for in very real
terms Adults want them to advance! All this is unique to Rangers, unlike
sunday school ect. for Rangers MUST WORK to advance!

The "secret" for them to discover is that *THEY must provide the drive to
achieve, and not become discouraged or falter if they watch the "other boys"

They must look ahead- and look upward at their trail and go as fast as they can!
