Just back from JLTC so I have been out of town.
Arizona District JLTC 2000 Aug 3rd -5th Report
Junior Leadership Training Camp was a success. There was seventeen candidates
were all challenged by the theme "Back to Basic." The candidates took to
heart all the training for moving into Jr. leadership.
Rev. & District Commander Robert Jimenez taught the class on Soul Winning.
The camp staff trained the Rangers in Etiquette for various settings, Outpost
Council Fire services, Uniform, Drill and Etiquette, Rope Craft, Lashing
projects, Tool Craft, Fire Craft, Compass, Heath and Safety, ect.

The Commander Molodecki led in the daily devotions and delivered the messages
in the evening services.
Thursday evening Commander Craft taught on the functional aspects of a
council fire service. The Lord took over and then we went right in to the
message, which was "Where is Your Relationship with God," and six Rangers
came forward asking a closer personal walk with God. Others come forward for
additional needs.
Friday Council Fire Service "What Type of Neighbor are you" dealt with
relationships at home, church, school, and outpost. All candidates and a
number of staff circled the fire asking for God's help in these
relationships.
Saturday, Camp Coordinator Paul Craft challenged the Rangers to take home
what they learned and to aid their Outpost's staff to reach, teach, and keep
boys for Christ.

The graduates all completed the requirements. The young men of our district
are now trained to help their commanders to reach, teach, and keep boys for
Christ taking them from being part of a program to being to part of the
Ministry of Royal Rangers.
