Yeap. Ignoring will not lead anywhere. Problems need to be solved.

But I realized one day that if commanders will keep doing everything, the
boys will not learn to do it. So couple years ago I had to let them do it by
themselves. No matter how hard I wanted it to be done right (in my
thinking). And they started learning!!
