No. The proper thing to do when you get "email tracking" chain letters is to delete
them, possibly after informing the uneducated person who forwarded it to you that they
have just swallowed a hoax. A Royal Ranger is ALERT (to the difference between truth
and lies and uses good discernment), HONEST (and does not repeat a hoax, checking out
the claims of email that gets forwarded from person to person), and COURTEOUS (being
polite, kind, and thoughtful towards us who would rather read about Royal Rangers on
this list than read chain letters).

letter, even if they could? There is no rational business reason to do so.

Interesting that there is some truth buried in this hoax chain letter, isn't it? Is
this the sugar coating on the poison pill?
