[RR] RRCTC update

Howdy, Here's the current status of the RRCTC. We will be using a power point and frames/no frames format. By doing so, we will be able to reach all computers and connections. Not just those with the fastest system. I also belive the conferance will open the week before National Royal Rangers Week in October. We have alot of great classes that are being worked on. We got everthing from I'm a Sr. Commander/Commander Now What? to Teaching Our Boys  About Praise And Worship. Later this next week I will be uploading some RRCTC logos to be voted upon. Because this YOUR RRCTC. I would like you on Rangernet to vote on the logo not just the staff. District sponsorship for this conferance is still opened. If any District wants to step foward let me know. I will be asking SoMo Distirct later this next week. District sponsorship will allow you to wear the patch on your uniform IF they are got. There is no charge for the conferance itself. There will be a fee for patches IF we get them. I think that's pretty much it this time around.
