Check with bluelight.com  - you can get a free cd at K-Mart for free internet

All,
Is there any of these "free" internet providers that uses 800 numbers for connection? I've looked at a few but the ones I've looked at would be long distance for me.
Better yet, Is there any 800 number providers that would let me download and read my e-mail offline?

I'm not aware of one. Juno probably has as many local access numbers as any advertising-paid Internet provider, though. http://www.juno.com
