I am going to be good and just sit this one out after being grouped in
Social Changes as a woman compared to the sin of homosexuality. I think

Thank you Rick for speaking from the heart. I was hoping there
would be more writing on this than the slew of emails I sent
(and some like minds).
Yes, they will get their way, as I mentioned in my e-mails. They
are the PROGRESSIVE crowd that see the need for change and
it is usually Social Change, such as Women in RRs. What's
next, acceptance of homosexuals, just as long as they don't
practice their dirty deeds with our boys!
We tend to forget that we are still in the world and were raised
in the world until we were saved. Our fleshly nature is still there.
The thoughts and heart will gradually change, but we still try to
carry a piece of the worlds philosophies into our new life. We
tend to 'christianize' it, put a spiritual tone to it. We can
wrap it up in christianese but it's still compromise and
the watering down of our faith and practices.
If those who think I'm stretching it, take a look at the
road of once prominent Divinity Schools have gone.
For example: HARVARD, PRINCETON and YALE.
Not to mention, the beginning of the breakdown of
MOODY BIBLE INSTITUTE and the BAPTIST
THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY. Yes, it won't be long
until they get their way, they always do. BUT, THOSE
WHO CAN SHOULD RESIST AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.
This should get the old ambers glowing.
