Respectfully to those ladies who are B/SA leaders. I don't think this
debate
was to center on you. It was the crossover to the older - upper levels
that
concerns me and some others.

We had a very dedicated SA Commander in an outpost that I had the
privilege to oversee as Sr. Commander. She was loved by the boys
and did a great job with them. They were happy and content. I was
taught in B/SA LTC by a women and gained a lot of insight for that age
level from her.

Rest assured Kelly and all lady commanders out there, your
work with our younger boys is valuable. You build the
enthusiasm and foundation that carries them through the
rest of their RR lives.

And to those ladies who had to 'fill in the gap' with the upper
levels because of the lack men or male commitment, I thank you too.

To those ladies not grouped above. You are still respected and loved
by this Neanderthal. :)

God Bless - In Jesus,
Will Marengo
