Au contare, Mr. Wheeler. if there is an electoral tie, it goes to the House
of Representatives - the new house that was elected yesterday. Each state
votes as a block, for example, Pennsylvania has 21 house seats. Those 21
representatives vote and who ever gets a majority of those 22 votes gets
Pennsylvania's vote. Still more confusion.
