In response to another post I wanted to respond. It was said that the Pastor is the only one that has a vision for the church etc. I thought that we were all in this together. I know that we need to support the church, but there has been to many time in my life where I have given blind devotion to a pastor only to have the pastor disrepect and disregard and level of love and compassion for me. I am not trying to start a coup or anything but I do believe that we need to be one. And that one is not just one man. We all need to come together and share ideas and work through them until we can come up with what would be best for the work.
