In striving so diligently in teaching our Rangers (and our own children)
basic common courtesies and conduct, it's amazing to see how adults interact
with one another in churches, at work and/or just at the local supermarket.
A pamphlet on proper work etiquette was just circulated amongst the "adult"
staff and students here at the college, any of the following may be grounds
for dismissal here at the college: (How many do you spot happening in your
Outpost)?

THE 10 MOST COMMON FORMS OF WORKPLACE AGGRESSION
1.talking about someone behind his/her back
2.interrupting others while they are speaking or working
3.flaunting status or authority; acting in a condescending manner.
4.Belittling someone's opinion to others.
5. Failing to return phone calls or respond to a question.
6. Giving others the silent treatment.
7. Insults, yelling or shouting.
8. Verbal forms of sexual harassment.
9. Staring, dirty looks or other negative eye contact.
10. Intentionally making someone's accomplishments not noteworthy with
giving a faint praise or saying, "That's Nothing...."
