Rangers, Our Outpost has run without an active Council for as long as I can remember. The Commanders pretty much did and still do everything. As the new Sr. Commander, I have been wanting to get one started. As a matter of fact, I was informed by one of our Commanders, who is in the MM leadership, that the Pastor would like to get one started also-Divine Confirmation:) To my request. I know the text of duties and resp. of the council, but I would like some insight from you. I will be talking to the MM next week and I want to give them some examples. How often does your council meet? What other examples of responsibilities besides those in the book? etc. I think the hardest thing will getting the Commanders to relinquish some of these tasks.
