Do what I do, when someone like that rings up I either ask them to hols on for while,
then I go and make myself a coffee and drink it. Make sure you go back every few
minutes sto make sure they are still there.
Or play real dumb, keep asking for they are and what company they are with. Keep
asking dumb questions, then put them on hold while you make a coffee/
I've done this a few times and the companies never ring back after a few times of this
treatment.
