Does your Outpost have a chaplain? If so how does he serve? I have not been satisfied with the job ours has done over the past two years. I have wanted him to be in with one group a week to do Bible study and the devotion, but that hasn't been the case. I suppose if I were to ask the boys who is the OP Chaplain they wouldn't know. So this is the challenge I have for him. Make yourself available each week for the boys. And after six months all the boys should know who you are and that you are there for them. What do you think?
