Ken, Your prophecy failed before it was ever pronounced. The "Man in
Demand" series deals with some of the issues that teenage boys will
encounter as they enter the dating world.
Your statement would be true in a world without Satan, where every home
had two Christian parents who "train up a child in the way that he should
go". However, just as there was a need for Royal Rangers to go beyond the
scope of it's original purpose, which was to keep boys in church, and begin
to fulfill the purpose which God intended for the family, there is today not
only the need but the responsibility, yes, even the obgligation, to train up
boys in the way that they should go. To say that this will never occur in
Rangers is to say that Rangers will not meet the needs of a dying world. To
say that this is the resonsibility of the family is true- but if the
families of America were doing thier job, there would be no need for Royal
Rangers.
Even the bible teaches education, from Genesis to the Pauline
epistles. For us not to would be irresponsible.
