All, I need some advice because I really don't know the best approach to take. On of my co-workers has pulled some pretty good stunts the last few weeks. I'm not saying he's in danager of loseing his job. However I want to talk to him about it but don't want to sound as if I'm "getting on his case". Here's two examples of what he has pulled: Tuesday, it started snowing. He went around telling people that if got bad he was leaveing early. No problem with that but there is two sides to ever story. Had he left early we would of been short handed plus he would gave more work to the rest of us. I should also say I didn't see him make any comment to managment. On Friday, we had four lanes opened with three baggers working. There were people checking out on each one. He though it'd be a good idea to go on a 10 minute break leaving another guy and myself to bag on four lanes. Managment told the girl to call him. Suprised he didn't get a warning out that stunt. I just don't know what to tell the guy. I don't want to see the guy get fired. However pulling stuff like this and he will end up fired.
