Currently I'm involved with two active fund raisers- 1. Christmas tree recycle- We "flyer" the neighborhood then on Sat. Jan 6th we'll drive around and pick up trees for a $5 donation and dispose of them with the help of the county. The "perfect outpost" get's about $4000 2. We are currently shreading a major business's backloged "archive" and recycleing the materials that can be salvged, and certifying that the transaction documents have been distroyed. *We do that by cutting them in quarters.. (*My job) and burn or shred the rest. We have a full 2 car garage of materials, and may make about $1500 *In-active Fundraisers- ---------------------- 1. Church Chicken Plate Lunch... during a Summer "Praise festival" outdoors. Lunch w/drink $5 2.Craft project sale- Pendelton wool blanket scraps were made into small bags to hold sunglasses and trinkets and sold... Cedar fence donations was made into bird houses and sold... Plywood picnic tables were made, and sold... 3.Leaf recycle- "picking up baged leaves" for disposal from the Public following a advertisement in the paper. 4. "Tradeing/Barter"- Some Ranger leaders have a trade or skill that can be swaped for services. *Printing- *Computer resources- *Electrical- *Auto repair- ect. 5. "Sporting goods" garage sale for Rangers...
