REPORT!

Friday night got off work at 3:00. Went to the Church and unloaded my
pickup full of tools, 2 drill presses, bandsaw, 2 boxes of smaller tools
and etc tools. Brought out the Outpost Bandsaw, and Scroll saw and
setup 3 tables of tools. Covered tables, made over 50 kits PW Derby
kits, envelope, GPH Kit, Rules, Directions with layout template that you
tape to the GPH block top/side view, Sandpaper 4 1/2 sheets diff grades,
pencil.

We had a good turnout with over 50 there. 43 Stayed for the lockin and
we fed them breakfast and Lunch on Saturday. Food was great! We also
certified - Recertified all the Pioneer and older boys for Cut n' Chop
cards and printed them out for prentation on Wednesday night.

We had over 5 different Churches Represented some AG some home, some
Evangleical. Council fire was a Lashed Council Fire with 4 candles taped
in the corners of the logs.

The boys got their cars designed cut out, sanded, weighted, bondo'd,
sanded, primed, sanded and then at least 2 coats of paint. Speed tips
were given at lunch time.

2 nintendos, one computer with arcade racing games, lazer tag and basket
ball kept things going between waits on drying paint, lines.

We had several men from other Chruches commit this is the way to do
pinewood derby.

We had a great time. It is a lot of work but well worth what gets buiilt
from it. The 4 ways a boy grows is well worked at this type of outing.

I say all this to encourage you to take time for your outpost and do the
same and report back to us on what you are doing at the front line!

God Bless you Commanders for giving of all you do to minister to our
Rangers.
