A good resource for some insight into the Azusa Street outpouring is the
pamphlet written by Rick Joyner -Azusa Street, the Fire That Could Not Die.
I believe you can also view this in the archives of the MORNINGSTAR JOURNAL

I WILL say that this pamphlet was very convicting for me as a Spirit-filled
believer.
You'll be interested to know that the first instance of tongues in a public
service in Los Angeles at the time was in a Baptist church.
