No. You can just remap the QWERTY keyboard you have using software. The 
Dvorak keyboard layout is one option with Microsoft Windows. With DOS, I 
have a free 384-byte TSR that remaps the keyboard. It is easy, and you can 
switch back and forth with a hot key. I type using the Dvorak layout, and 
my wife types with the slower QWERTY layout, so this works fine.
