I propose that Rangernet form a CyberOutpost and use
the structure of the Royal Ranger organizational plan.
Elect an "Outpost council" to find a "Commander" of the
Ranger Outpost, who would select Lt.Cdrs and assign duties
of the "Blue Bar staff"
*Rangernet as an "Outpost" should select a Sr.Guide
who in turn will act in such mannor as a REAL Sr.guide should!
*Rangernet would form patrols... and elect a patrol leader
to report to Sr.guide. the patrol leader would select an assistant
patrol guide and work to make their patrol the best!
New commers would be first *assigned to a Patrol.. and in time
could elect to join another at the descression of Sr.Guide and
his "staff"
*REAL MEETINGS ...are to be held with a posted plan.
*ALL PARTIES WILL HAVE SET TERM LIMITS (*to be agreed to at time
of joining the outpost) and all will rotate through the leadership
chain..
*ALL PARTIES AGREE TO LIVE BY THE RANGER CODE AND FOLLOW THE
GOLDEN RULE ECT. *JUST AS ROYAL RANGERS DO....
*ALL PARTIES AGREE THAT THIS IS TO BE UNDER *INTERNATIONAL
JURISDICTION, *subject to patrol/blue bar/op council agreement
as to specific rules.. or policies.
