*I against it..
Here's why..
I work for a liveing.
On the job I'm asked to complete an assignment, and I
use my tools to do that task. I answer for my product
and stand or fall by the result...
The job of Sr.Commander *might seem like one deserveing
of pay, but in reality it is the identical job of the
patrol leader!
*No one, can "do" right without the agreement of all
the Royal Ranger parties involved.. The *VERY BEST
Sr.Commander is a person.. with limits to *their abilities!
In my heart.. a "Perfect" Sr.Commander is someone who
"inspires" people to join, and become members of the Outpost!
To my way of thinking.. Sr.Cdr. must remain a *partner..
...as you are in manageing family commitments, Job and
time constraints *just as you do..
"Paying" him put's him on the spot for your expectiations
to center on him... rather than investing in giveing the boys
a shot at Leadership!
My opinion is this:
"Professional Ranger Staff" should not work with the boys!
