Since I'm just makeing this up<G>
Why not have the game cycle after ever "perfect Meeting"?
We could have a Patrol be assigned a portion of the meeting
and Sr.Guide act as "MC"
My *thinking is that backchannel Sr.Guide does his work
and announces a time where the meeting will be held<G>
*If Ranger's in real life meets weekly then it is likely
the Cyberoutpost should be able to facilitate a simular
pace..
