Like a real Outpost... Rangernet cyberoutpost needs
a planned meeting..

your feature, a game,a participation thing or devotion
and close as you think right..
*I assume Rangernet will attend by reading<G> so no need for
a role call, but be prepared for a critique to follow.. as
"the goal" is to show us all how you conduct a meeting<G>
