I looked it over and it holds some promise in building
*Patrol as the key element to Outpost structure.
What might need to happen is to get some clear word
from "authorities" that building Leadership is worthy
of our labor...
*as a Ranger boy...
I have seen many 'elections fizzle out because of a lack
of intrest in boy leadership. Who needs a Sr.Guide when
Commander is present<G>
*If the positions represented by the Gold bars *ment something,
then a fair judgement of boy leadership would be that *you
and your Outpost *needs you or is *better for you being Sr.Guide
*Guide ect.
Many Outposts run without even patrols in a haphazard style,
and the boy with the bars don't know even the names or who
is in his patrol!
*I had thought JLTC would iron this out...
It didn't.. NTC didn't eather!
*But we'll get it sure.. or bust a cinch try'n!<G>

Where can I get a copy?
